Pre Sale Questions
Q: “Regarding Prices”
Each product has corresponding tiered pricing based on the order quantity. If your order quantity significantly exceeds the set tiers or the total order amount exceeds $2,000 USD, please contact us to obtain more favorable pricing.
Q: “Regarding Shipping Fees”
The website calculates shipping fees based on the actual weight of the goods. Please note that the initial shipping fee generated by the website is not the final cost, as air transportation prices may fluctuate periodically. After your order is placed, please contact us, and we will promptly arrange the most cost-effective shipping method for you. The actual shipping fee will be adjusted based on the initial estimate.
Q: “Shipping Methods”
We offer various shipping solutions based on individual customer requirements. If you have the necessary import qualifications for plants, we can provide a formal procedure to send your goods. If you do not have import qualifications, we can use alternative methods to deliver the plants to you (please note that this method carries a 2% risk of confiscation, and in such cases, our company does not bear the associated losses). With years of experience, we have established secure transportation routes and will assist you in selecting the most reliable method.
Q: “Can You Provide a Phyto-Certificate?”
Yes, we can provide a Phyto-Certificate for a fee of $40 USD. If your order amount exceeds $800 USD, we will provide it free of charge.
Q: “How Soon After Payment Can You Ship?”
To ensure the safety of succulent plant shipments and their arrival in optimal condition, all succulent plants need to go through a process of acclimatization and root drying before shipping. Generally, this process takes 3-5 days, with some special species requiring 7-10 days (e.g., Lotus succulents). If you require a Phyto-Certificate, please notify us as soon as possible to ensure timely shipment, as the production of Phyto-Certificates in China typically takes 3 business days.
Q: “Shipping Timeframe?”
If you have the necessary import qualifications, air freight usually takes 2-3 days to reach your destination airport. If you do not have import qualifications, the shipping timeframe typically ranges from 5-12 days.
Q: “Will Plants Be Shipped with Pots and Soil?”
No, they will be delivered bare-root, and the roots will be pruned before shipment.
Q: “Will the Actual Plants Match the Pictures in Color and Condition?”
Succulent plants may undergo seasonal changes and may vary slightly in color from the original images. We will send you actual photos of each product before shipping.
Q: “Regarding Damaged Goods”
During prolonged transportation, succulent plants may experience slight damage or wilting, which is considered normal. If your succulent plants arrive damaged or wilted, please take photos and notify us within two days. Our customer service will promptly assist you. Damaged products will be replaced for free in your next order.
Q: “How should I plant them after receiving the plants?”
A:
- Open the box immediately and remove the plants.
- Remove any damaged leaves and trim old roots.
- Place them in a well-ventilated area with partial sunlight for 3-5 days to allow them to dry.
- If your environment temperature is between 5-26 degrees Celsius (41-79 degrees Fahrenheit), you can water them generously right after planting. If not, use a well-draining soil mix and water sparingly, typically, the plants will resume growth within 1-2 months. You can also apply a fungicide if conditions allow.
- If you are a succulent enthusiast, choose pots based on the plant's size, water them as needed. If you have a succulent nursery, transplant them into larger pots or the ground after two months for beheading propagation. If you are a succulent distributor, avoid overwatering after planting to maintain resale value.
