Return Policy

Due to the unique nature of live plants, we are unable to offer a return or exchange mechanism. However, if you receive a plant that has suffered severe damage, such as black rot or excessive wilting, please contact us immediately after receiving the plant. We will be happy to provide a replacement for such plants in your next order.
