1. Unbox and clean the external packaging of the plants.
2. Inspect the root system and trim excessively long roots to approximately 1 centimeter.
Lay the plants flat, facing upwards, in an environment with diffused light for drying for at least 2 days.
3. Before drying, you can soak the plants for some time using sterilizing agents like potassium permanganate or methyl thiophanate.
4. In a new environment, allow the plants to acclimate. Avoid overwatering initially. It's best to plant them in moist soil. Gradually increase the watering frequency after observing the plant's condition for about one to two weeks.
5. If you find any rotting tissue, promptly remove it, let the wound scab over, and then replant.

1. Succulent plants exhibit variations in color, leaf thickness, and growth habit throughout the year due to their natural growth habits.
2. Prolonged transportation may result in minor damage such as leaf loss, unfolding of plant shape, and branch breakage. These issues usually recover within a period.
Guidelines for Handling Issues with Delivered Goods:
1. Normal losses like leaf loss, fading color, shape changes, and branch breakage are typically not the seller's responsibility.
2. Severe issues like rotting, excessive damage, and severe branch breakage need to be photographed and reported to the seller within 48 hours. The seller will provide appropriate compensation, often in the form of an 80% refund or reshipping the damaged goods with your next order.
3. In case of a discrepancy in the quantity received, contact the seller within 48 hours with an opening video as evidence. Otherwise, responsibility cannot be determined.
